Ken and Courtney Bowers are licensed representatives and have been working with individuals and businesses for over twenty-five years. They both have extensive personal and professional experience.

Devan DeHoff has been the CPA for our clients for over 20 years. He has both taught accountancy at our local university CNM and practiced his craft in real world applications as he is an owner of 5 Anytime Fitness’ here in New Mexico. His understanding of complex tax issues for both businesses, trusts and personal taxes is considerable.

Ben is the newest member of our team and brings an expertise in Medicare Supplement and Group Health programs that our clients find very valuable. Ben is appointed with most NM approved Medicare companies. He can review the 30+ Advantage plans guiding you to the most beneficial plan you deserve.  His review service is at no obligation and should you decide to stay with the plan you're on you also have no obligation to Ben.  He can also help with Medicaid, final expense insurance and most healthcare questions.  For business owners looking to offer employees additional benefits/insurance, Ben can assist with that also.

David and Jennifer are some of our most valued team members. We’ve worked with David and Jennifer since the beginning of their career (20+ years ago) and our clients genuinely appreciate how they can take complex wills, trusts, revocable living trusts etc. and teach our clients layman’s terms using Hershey Kisses on a conference table. Since these documents, especially power of attorney for finance, cross paths with making sure that under any circumstances our clients are protected, we work very closely with his firm. David meets our clients in our office conference room, Courtney and I are present if our clients so desire. His firm waives any initial conference fee for our clients, and we are truly grateful for their expertise.

Whether the need is an independent living, assisted living, or memory care, she can provide you with several options to choose from. Darla loves working with seniors and believes they deserve to maintain the highest quality of life for as long as possible. Her expertise in the area allows her to work with various families using an in-depth approach to figure out each person’s unique situation. She is committed to serving families throughout the entire process of finding senior housing for their loved ones.

Chief Investment Officer, Orion OCIO

Tim Holland is the Chief Investment Officer – OCIO, where he consults with Orion’s largest customers growing their firms through Orion’s OCIO services. He joined the Brinker Capital team as Global Investment Strategist in 2017 and was named Chief Investment Officer following Orion’s merger with Brinker in 2020. In the CIO role, Tim had responsibility for the investment management and strategies for Orion Portfolio Solutions and Brinker Capital Investments. Tim has over 20 years of investment experience.


Prior to joining Brinker Capital, Tim was a Portfolio Manager at TAMRO Capital Partners, where he directed overall portfolio construction on two long-only, US equity strategies based on fundamental company and industry analysis and understanding the potential impact of economic, industry, and political trends on portfolio holdings. Prior to TAMRO, Tim was employed as an Equity Analyst at Manley Asset Management, a long/short hedge fund firm. Additionally, he was a Partner at Towers Group, a boutique corporate communications firm providing media and public relations counsel to capital markets companies. Tim received his Bachelor of Arts in political science from Drew University. He holds a FINRA Series 65 designation and is a CFA® charter holder. 

Tim’s investment commentary can be found in various business media, including CNBC, Fox Business, Bloomberg TV, Bloomberg Radio, The Wall Street Journal, Investor’s Business Daily, and Financial Times.

Ryan Dressel

Senior Investment Strategist, Orion OCIO

Ryan Dressel is a Senior Investment Strategist at Orion OCIO. In this role, Ryan is responsible for developing, constructing, and delivering market and economic content to key internal and external partners, including existing and prospective clients. Ryan also works closely with the Chief Investment Officer and other members of the investment team on company, sector and industry specific research projects and is a member of OCIO’s Investment Committee, where he helps set the firm’s market and economic outlook and asset allocation framework.


Ryan has more than eleven years of industry experience and is a CFA Level II candidate. Prior to joining Orion, Ryan was an analyst at Brinker Capital performing due diligence on third-party investment strategies utilized in Brinker’s discretionary portfolios. Ryan also worked as an analyst at Helmes & Company (now part of Veritas Advisory Group) and as an operations associate at Upromise Investments. Ryan received his Bachelor of Science in finance from Bentley University.

Michael Folker

As one of the founding partners of TownSquare Capital, Michael’s role as President is ensuring that TownSquare Capital delivers exceptional service to the clients, institutions, and the financial advisors that use its services. He is responsible for helping various departments within TownSquare work seamlessly together for a better client experience. Additionally, he oversees the development of new client relationships with RIAs and helps them integrate with TownSquare’s investment approach.
Michael has extensive experience in the formation, development, and oversight of advisory practices. During his career, he has built out the operational teams of 2 SEC registered advisory firms and consulted with several others. TownSquare Capital sold to Orion July 2022 after growing from $0 to $6.5 billion in assets under management in only 5 years’ time. Since then, TownSquare has continued to grow, now boasting over 31,000 accounts and over $10 billion in assets under management; Michael has directly overseen the onboarding of these. He has also worked directly with several retail advisory firms to help them acquire new client assets, refine their systems and processes, and develop a framework to invest and allocate client accounts. Michael holds a B.S. in accounting from Brigham Young University.

Will Yarbenet is a Senior Investment Strategist at TownSquare Capital, he is instrumental in designing portfolios tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. His expertise extends to managing tax transitions, ensuring that clients’ financial moves are tax-efficient and aligned with their financial goals. Additionally, he takes pride in educating clients, helping them understand complex investment concepts and strategies, empowering them to make informed decisions.
Will has extensive experience in secured & unsecured corporate lending from various banks and financial institutions. His responsibilities were centered around financial analysis, providing him with a deep understanding of financial markets and instruments. He also managed credit risk, ensuring the financial stability of the institutions he worked for and safeguarding their interests. He graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Utah and currently holds a Series 65 license.

Erica West

As the Director of Implementation, Erica serves as the primary point of contact for Advisors and their teams during their initial and ongoing interactions with TownSquare Capital. Her primary focus is on the training and development of new and current advisory teams. She's involved in onboarding new advisory teams through transitioning existing accounts to investment management or the establishment of new business. She coordinates efforts between Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Audit/Proposal Teams to ensure a smooth and successful experience for advisors. She came to TownSquare with years of experience in the financial industry along with administrative and customer service experience.
